Thank you for having us. It was amazing.
Our unit was fabulous. Great breakfast. Takoyaki and beer awesome. Clean and super comfortable.
One of the staff members was a little difficult to get along with. Wish I knew how to get to the hotel from The station without going down all those stairs.

Nice hotel, convenient location, but need human touch!
Convenient location, right next to Osaka Loop line station and Nankai station to and from Kansai airport. There is a mega Donki right next to it with lots of eateries around in the vicinity. Property is nicely decorated and the onsen is amazing!
Onsen closes at 12midnight which is too early compared to other hotels in Japan. Overall the staff are helpful, but somehow they all seemed a bit cold and indifferent compared to those we have met in other Japanese properties we’ve stayed in previously. There was a self-service locker room to store luggage before check-in and after check-out, but we struggled to find a operational locker and hence we have wasted a lot of time before we realize that they offer left luggage service in a storeroom. The staff seemed to want to “hide” this fact from us.

Great location and property, perfect for families
Everything about the property was fantastic for a family, and great value with a view.
Our room didn’t smell good. They included spray but it did not help with the smell. When we entered the room it smelled like body odor, and once you got used to the smell, it smelled like crayons…
